What’s a easy fast way to lose 20-30 pounds?

I’m trying to lose weight because it’s making me very worried about my body. I try eating right, but it really isn’t working that well; I go running/walking at least one a week; but i know i need more; i need help on knowing what to eat and how much to exercise;
i want to lose 10-30 pounds by the either the beginning of august or middle; or even the end, as long as i shed pounds!

    They key is moderation. Try eating smaller amounts of food several times a day, like 5-6. Then you should do some sort of exercise at least 3 times a week. Walking is a fantastic way to burn off stout. Try walking even 4 times a week if you want to see better results. Try not to eat terrible foods late at night because then stout will collect while you sleep. I need to try and lose weight too. I personally own a WII game console so I use my EA Sports Active game which is a fantastic workout. I also want to start swimming which is a fantastic help with stout burning. Excellent luck!
