Dow Chemical reported two leaks at their facilities in Kanawha County Wednesday afternoon and say one of those leaks went undetected for two weeks.

Monday, February 1st, 2010I’m 200 pounds…I just want to get to 170. I’m a 23 year ancient 5′4 female. I KNOW THIS IS NOT THE RIGHT WAY TO LOSE weight. I like to generally do things naturally and lose a pound a week. SO please..don’t preach that this is incorrect..I know this…but I have a family reunion and 170 is STILL heavy..but SO much better than being like 200 pounds. If I consume 1,200 calories a day and jog 2 hours EVERY single day…do you reckon it’s possible? That would be 5 pounds a week. I’m sure it will slow after 6 weeks..but that’s ok…I don’t mind.
