Do You Want To Lose 30 Pounds in 30 Days

Tuesday, January 19th, 2010

Would it be nice to lose 30 pounds in 30 days and not have to worry about putting it back on? If you have a lot of weight to lose and are unsure where to start, you could have success that allows you to lose 30 pounds in 30 days if you pay attention not only to what you eat and how often you go, but how and when you eat and when you workout!
Here are a few tips to help you lose 30 pounds in 30 days, or get as close as possible at least.
1. To lose 30 pounds in 30 days you do not need to eliminate carbs. Your body needs them for energy, so instead of cutting those out you simply need to make better carb choices and eat them at the right time of day. Instead of eating refined pasta and white bread, go for whole wheat options. Whole grain rice is also a fantastic choice because it can be used but you eat white rice and you may not even notice the swap. Vegetables are the best source of carbohydrates because they are low calorie and many do not even have to be counted in your calories because they are catabolic meaning they will take more calories to process than they contain to start with! Eating your carbs early in the day will allow you to burn them off during the day, reducing the chances of them being stored as excess stout.
2. If you seriously want to lose 30 pounds in 30 days you will have to get your body moving as much as possible. Diet alone is not going to take off that much weight in such a small period of time, so look at your schedule and work in some exercise wherever possible. Even if it is a ten minute burst here and there, it will all add up to more calories burned in the end. If you get your heart rate up high enough, those small small sessions of cardio can really keep your metabolism speeding all day so that you burn more calories while you are doing other things. Getting your metabolism to work for you around the clock is the best way to really lose 30 pounds in 30 days.
3. Drinking water instead of sugary drinks will give you another chance to lose 30 pounds in 30 days. Water can do incredible things for your complexion and it can keep you feeling full between meals so you do not reckon about snacking as much.
