I'm a 13 year ancient girl, about 5' 3" and weigh around 130-135.
I want to lose up to 30 pounds, so i can get back to around 100, if not 100, at most 115. I have 75 days until summer is here, and i wanna go see my friends across the US, thats one thing that has got me really motivated to lose the weight, i want to be able to impress my friends, also, i'm in a bet with my best friend about who ever will lose the most weight but summer can make the other do something of their choice— anything! the only problem is i don't know what to limit my diet to, or what kind of excerise will be right for me, and i especially need it for my stomach!(BiG) time! So please help me out, tell me what to do, and is it ever possible to lose that much weight in that much time, even if i AM dedicated?

And please don't tell me my weight is fine, i seriously, dangerouly stress over this, as in panic attacks and what not, i need to lose weight.
Also, please do not suggest stuff to me like trying pills and what not, remember, i am only 13, and my mom would murder me before the pills could get around to that. And excersise if excellent, i can do that, just tell me what kind of excersice i could do at home, not the gym.(:
