My goal is to lose 30 pounds over the next 90 days and I’ll post not only my video blog… but also updates, what my diet looks like and what my workouts are like… Hopefully, we’ll take this journey together and be a source of encouragement and motivation for one another. Today was my 1st workout and it was a “Push” workout. Included body parts in my “Push” workout are chest, shoulders and triceps. I completed in about an hour and 15 minutes. Since my goal isn’t to get bulky or pack muscle mass on, I’m using “medium” weight, using 15 reps and resting as small as I can between sets. Here’s what I did… each exercise I did 5 sets and 15 reps per set… Chest Flat Bench Press Wide Grip Bench Press Pec Deck Flyes Shoulders: Military Press Lateral Raises Shrugs Triceps: Pushdowns Then I got on the treadmill for 20 minutes… Stay tuned for my “Pull” workout… Jaime
