How I Lost 30 Pounds – Lose 30 Pounds Easily!

If you want to know how to lose 30 pounds, you are obviously looking to lose a bit more weight than those who are trying to lose 5 or 10 pounds in a week just to fit into some article of clothing or look excellent for an event. The excellent news is it’s not too hard to lose 30 pounds. I did it a number of years ago and you can too if you follow these simple steps. First, I didn’t spend a lot of money to join a fancy gym and I didn’t go on a cabbage soup or grapefruit diet or something silly like that. What you need to do is basically change your eating habits and your lifestyle. I also did not start keeping a log of calories and stout grams, nor did I carry a scale around with me to weigh my food. (Some people do this!)If you are a sedentary person it’s vital to do some kind of exercise on a daily basis. It doesn’t have to be something hard or painful, it can be something as simple as walking a certain amount of time or miles per day. Really that’s what I did and it worked fantastic. I walked for about 45 minutes a day, and I’m not sure how far it was because I went by time and not miles. So every day I made a point to go outside and do my 45-minute walk. Next, I added a bit of strength training. Again, this was not anything painful or hard and it only took about 15 minutes about 3 days a week. I didn’t go to a gym because I have a machine at home which I used, but if you don’t have anything just use some small free weights or buy something cheap. Of course if you want to join a gym that would be even better but my point here is you can achieve this goal without shelling out tons of money a month. Next thing is to alter your eating habits. You don’t have to cut out your favorite foods at all, just cut down. If you have a sweet tooth, allow yourself one snack of your favorite dessert once a day. For your other meals, be sure to scatter them throughout the day and don’t skip any meals. This will keep your body burning calories throughout the day and speed up your metabolism. This, along with the daily exercise will really speed up your weight loss. If you stick to this regimen wholeheartedly, I mean really stick to it and give it your best, you absolutely will lose 30 pounds if that is your goal. If you want to speed up the process, walk a small farther each day. But your goal here is not to lose the weight as quick as possible but simply to get it off and keep it off forever. If you follow this plot you’ll do exactly that.
