Friday, May 14th, 2010ive lost 6 or more pounds so far. what i do is:
dont eat late
dont eat too much junk food
control my parts
control the type of foods i eat each day
dont eat in between meals
i know how long it looks me to lose the 6 or more pounds, that was just water weight and comes off easily. now that my body is stabilizing (and i havent weighed myself yet) i want an thought of how long it will take to lose the rest. how long did it take you?
right. i exercise every day. becuse of walking to the bus and college i walk 43 blocks every day! i swear.

I'm eating three times a day(which aren't like huge meals), cutting off all junk food, drinking only water and diet soda, and exercising an hour a day.
