I am about 10 pounds overweight, but I want to lose 30 to get back to my “normal” weight.
I have been eating 1000 calories a day, only healthy food and no sugar.
I have been walking 3-4 miles everyday.
And I have been lifting weights a few times a week.
I am not pregnant or breastfeeding.
I have been doing this for 10 days and have lost 6 pounds.
Do you reckon I can lose 30 MORE pounds in 3 months?
