Friday, September 11th, 2009okay. i need to lose about 30-40 pounds. i dont like being stout. i dont like how i look and i dont like all of the health risks. but, i’m not only fighitng against the terrible eating habits, i’m also fighting genetics. but yeah. what is the best way to lose 30-40 pounds QUICK, like no more than 2 1/2 months??? please: no diet pills/advertisements.
