Saturday, January 16th, 2010If I eat half a piece of grape fruit for breaskfast, and eat only fruits and veggies (I’m a vegitarian) and drink 10 cups of water a day and exercise 1 hour 30 min a day. Could I lose 10-15 pounds in 30 days? (summer)
I’m a vegetarian and I’m not going to stop! And I eat eggs and stuff, just not meat

I work out every day for about 45 minutes. (20 min. of cardio and 25 of weights)

Also, if I was to do 100 jumps with a jump rope every hour, and eat a ton of vegetable and fruits in place of all the unhealthy foods, could I lose 30 pounds in that time? How many jumps with a jump rope would I have to do a day?
