weigh 133 pounds
and am 4ft 11"
I’m sort skint so i’m trying to come up with cheap ways to lose 30 pounds.
I’ve got a cross-trainer at home, which i intend on using, aswell as running.
i don’t mind how long it takes to lose 30 pounds, just as long as i lose it.
i don’t care how long it takes, it just has to be done!
anyway, my aim is to weigh around 100 pounds, if not less, because i’m only 4ft 11"
I’m not an anorexic ‘’skinny” fan or anything, but because i’m incredibly small, i feel i need to weigh less than 100 pounds.
anyway, sorry to brag, it my methods of exercise enough?Will it be enough to lose 30 pounds, say in the course of two years?
