It’s now 4 days till Christmas. My husband and I are going on Vacation in April, where I will be required to wear a bathing suit.
I want to lose 20-30 pounds by then. Mid April we will be going.
Does anyone have any excellent tips and tricks to get there?
Is it really possible?
I’m already exercising using Turbo Jam, walking, rebounding and yoga. And I am more of a vegetarian, but am aiming towards less carb’s and sugars etc.
Any excellent tips?
