I want to be perfect for bathing suit season and I'm going to a trip in a month in a half, and procastination polly has just started a week in a half ago only adding a crunches/sit ups ect workout before bed and eating a 1300 calorie diet, any other suggestions to add to get to me 30 pounds in a month goal?
