Do you know any diets that are quick and simple so that I can possibly lose 30 pounds by Christmas? I do walk and exercise as well, and I eat lots of fruits and vegetables but it seems that my eating healthy and constant movement really has done nothing for me this past year or so and I want to be more effective.

Hmmm…maybe you are not moving enough..just a leisurely stroll wont do the trick you have to get your heart rate up enough to start to burn the stout…make sure to eat 5-6 small meals a day, drink atleast 64oz of water and step up the cardio…adding some weights wouldnt hurt either…30 pds before christmas…probably not but you can def loose 10 or more.
