It could be possible.
Also, the exercise part of your plot is fantastic. Running/jogging is a FANTASTIC way to tone up & lose stout. With the diet part, you may want to eat 5-6 small meals throughout the day (it helps your metabolism). Make sure they’re 200-300 calories each. That’s just a suggestion, though. i’m losing weight doing that. Anyways, I hope this helps!
