There is no way you can lose 30 lbs in 3 weeks unless you cut your leg off! You can lose maybe 10-15. I would give it a excellent 3 months and that is if you kepp up with your diet!
Excellent Luck! And walking quick/running burns so many calories! Try to do atleast 1-2 miles 4 times a week with your hip hop. And get 5-10 lb weights b/c building muscles burn more calories and get you toned quicker!

Your plot does not sound healthy, but I admire your desire to lose weight if you really need to. Keep up the exercise, especially at 6 days each week, and you will find that even though the pounds may not be peeling off on the scale, your body image will change dramatically in a month’s time. Best of luck.

You need more than just meat and veggies, that is not a healthy diet. Focus on small potions from each food group instead.

Sounds like you’re doing too much exercising, losing weight quick for someone as young as you is incredibly perilous. I know you’re keen, but it really is best to take your time.

Plus, you didn’t mention your current height/weight, so it might be your a normal size for your age and I wouldn’t be able to tell. maybe talk to your doctor and see how much weight, if any, you should lose.

Despise to say it, but you really shouldn’t try to lose that much that quick. The problem is on the rebound, your body thinks it’s starving and everything you eat will stick like glue! I’ve done it and it’s much harder to get the extra weight off afterwards. I tell everyone, don’t eat starches, white anything, sweets, and terrible fats, Those are the foods that tend to turn to stout. Walk everywhere, don’t question for rides (as long as you live in a safe area). You’ll be surprised how quick the weight does come off and how you’ll be able to keep it off if you go slow and steady.

DO NOT cut your daily calories below 1200 without a doctor’s advice…if you do not only will it slow your metabolism (make weight loss more hard) but when you start to eat “normally” again, you’ll gain weight quick and probably gain more than you lost by starving.

Eat a healthy well-balanced diet all the time, drink plenty of water, and exercise regularly (go for 1 hour a day, 5 days a week) to lose weight and be fit…when you hit your goal weight (assuming your goal isn’t a weight that’s too low) then you can slightly increase your calories or slightly decrease your exercise to maintain that weight.

The most you can safely lose a week is about 4 lbs (2 – 3 is better) and have a excellent chance of being able to keep it off long term. Losing more than that per week dramatically increases the chances the weight will return, because it means you’re losing it by an unhealthy method that cannot be maintained safely.

Take care of you…do it right and do it once.

    Excellent luck!

Fantastic, now just look forward to your weight loss.

With any diet, don’t lose quick so that the weight will not bounce back. It is better to take it a bit slowly and let the diet and exercise be part of your lifestyle. 30 pounds in a month is a lot of weight!

I am too on low carb, low stout, high fibre, high protein and a hour brisk walk 5 times a week, and I have lost 31lbs and gain better health. I am now maintaining my 108lbs for more than a year.

Details such as meals, recipes, walking as an exercise and to shape the body etc etc, are in my blog
