How to Lose 30 0r 40 pounds in less than 2 weeks?

I am 13 years ancient about to turn 14.I weigh right now 205 pounds.I must lose weight quick. PLz Positive Comments Only Height 5 4 plz i need this now if possible a diet or exercise plot

    Its impossible.. even if you don’t eat anything and exercise all day for 2 weeks.. you can’t lose 30-40 lbs..!! You should start with 9lbs(MAX) in 2 weeks!
    the most essential things for losing weight are exercise and diet..
    try to do some exercise such as walking or jogging for 30mins.. or some sports for 40-60min

    Well in order to do that in 2 weeks you would have to excersize like crazy, only eat the needed amount of calories your body needed, and sleep 8 hours a day. Well what you want to do is burn more calories off than you intake. Not sure how you will lose 30 or 40 pounds in 2 weeks though. Just do your best, and eat healthy.

    dont stop eating just cold turkey, juust make better choices like watch less tv, do more exercise, and mae better food choices. DO this gradually and the weight will come right off. I used to weigh 196 lbs. when I was 12 and am now down to 120 lbs. doing this and i eventually became vegan.

    it is not possible to lose 30 to 40 pounds in 2 weeks and still be healthy. it is possible to lose 30 to 40 pounds in 6 to 9 months and end up being very healthy by doing a high intensity interval (HIIT) workout. The HIIT workout (done 3 times per week) is 5 to 8 reps of 20 seconds of effort and 10 seconds of rest. See you tube for examples of HIIT workouts. For example jumping rope, squat thrusts with a push up and a jump, jumping jacks, etc all will work. If you can do more than 8 intervals, you are not doing them at an intense enough level.

    It’s not safe to lose that much that quick. you need to make goals for yourself and take small steps towards achieving those goals. I recommend getting LOTS of excersize and try eating lots of fruit and vegetables. Also if you can try to cut out quick food altogether, that can really make a difference.

    First, i dont advise u to lose 30 to 40 pounds in less than a week..that is tantamount to killing yourself. 1 pound a week is ideal. You got to be patient kiddie and try this diet: 40% carb, 40%protein and 20% excellent stout (flaxseed oit). Distribute your meal into 6 small feedings throughout the day. Secondly, try to train 3 times a week, thirdyly, try cardio excercises like walking in the pavement, threadmill and biking for at least 20 minutes (but not more than 45 minutes) a day 3 times a week..

    Im sorry but 30-40 pounds in 2 weeks is in possible..You could prob lose 5-10 pounds in 2 weeks if you really wanted too.What I would do is focus on your diet. It sucks but, you cant eat what ever you want. It took me this summer to find that out and I lost 15 pounds!

    Instead of thinking oh a diet..Look at as eating healthier..What I did was try too not eat quick food as much..If your in a rush though just get the cheeseburger and skip the fries and drink.Limit your sweets to once a week and the day you finally treat your self make it special . Also I would suggest getting something for just that day..go out for a icecream cone dont, buy a gallon of icecream..Throw away sweets in your house so you dont have the temptation.Tell your parents that you want to lose weight and not to buy sweets or really fattening foods anymore..It will be excellent for the whole family.. Sweets are addicting and the less you eat them the simpler you dont want them because you no longer crave them..

    Ok also eat breakfast..something that is healthy but taste excellent too (like honey nut cheerios or frosted Minnie wheat’s) For lunch I usually eat depending on what I’m going to eat for dinner. If I know I’m going to have a really huge dinner..I eat a really light lunch..Like Ill pack a bag of grapes..How ever if only eating a bag of grapes makes you so hungry that when you get home you end up eating more then I would eat a larger lunch. Don’t buy food at your school though..Pack a lunch (sandwich, and fruit, granola bar, yogurt etc ) I would skip the chips though..If you do pack a huge lunch when you eat dinner that night ..Listen to your body..Eat till your satisfied not full..You should only eat a piece of meat the size of your palm..I would avoid snacking too..Stay out of the kitchen and chew gum when you feel the urge to grab something..The main goal is too cut down on your current calories

    Drink tons of water and only water (no soda or energy drinks)..and don’t eat past 7..

    Ok for exercise what I would do is walk for 3 times for 30 min a week..if you want to see larger results run..I like to plug in my i pod it makes it allot simpler..Too cold to go outside jump rope for 10 min it equals a mile..You just want to break a sweat. If your not sweating your not doing anything.Once you get the hang of this you can add on more days.Also a excellent thought is when your home and watching tv every time there is a commercial do jumping jacks.. The goal is to find something that you like to do that you will stay with it because, if stay committed to something promise me you will see results!!

    Ok (sorry I know positive comments but still) you really need to stop eating and sitting on your butt.

    Well for starters you need to start running and swimming, like in your case running around 10 miles a day, or swimming for like 4 hours.

    Well to what people said about “it’s impossible to lose that much in 2 weeks”, it’s possible but in your case probably not. Because this professional swimmer (yeah I know professional, of course. But he’s pretty ancient now) swam length (I reckon) of the English Channel in around 12 hours or maybe it was 18 hours, anyway he lost around 20-30 pounds of stout just from doing that. And he did that non-stop, except when he needed water. He gained weight just for that experiment. Yeah it’s possible, but you have to be in really excellent shape.

    If you’re really determined to lose that much weight just eat healthier then you are now and run, swim, exercise; like around 3 hours a day if you want to lose that much weight in that small of time, but as the other people said it’s impossible to lose it that quick, and as I’ve said unless you’re a professional sports player like that guy I told you about, but since you’re not you are out of luck. You probably could lose that much in around 4-8 weeks if you worked hard enough.
