How much do I have to workout a day to lose 30 pounds a.s.a.p?
I want to lose 30 pounds as quick as possible, without dieting scams or changing my eating habits which are not terrible in the first place. I just need a workout plot, with but many hours a day I should be doing it! Thanks!

about an hour everyday… but the work outs must be something extreme like crunches and pull ups nothing wimpy like touching your toes
