How long would it take to lose 25-30 pounds?

How long would it take to lose 25-30 pounds? I wrestled and did BJJ but after i quit very quickly i went from 150 to 186 and i want to get back down to the 150 area.How long would it take on average? Could i just turn that stout into muscle and weight 165-180 pounds of muscle? How long would that take?

    Healthy stout loss is about 2 pounds per week. Unfortunately you cannot just turn that stout into muscle.

    If you want to be 186 and lean, then your best bet is to add weight while eating healthy and working out hard. Then, when you’ve gained enough muscle, you will need to change your diet and lose all of that body stout.

    The other possibility is to start losing body stout now by changing your diet and working out hard. You probably gained some muscle with the stout that you place on, so you might end up weighing more than before but being leaner when all’s said-and-done.
