your rate of losing weight depends on how heavy you are. if you're really obese and start the plot you're talking about, you'll dropn pounds quickly. if you're not stout and just want to get more in shape and shed a few pounds in the process, you'll lose weight more slowly (because you have less to lose than a stout person) and maybe even gain weight (because REMEMBER: muscle weighs more than stout- if you're working out a lot and gaining muslce…you may gain weight. you'll just look better). goood luck!!
