im 22 years ancient my height is 6'2. in dec.i weighed 282lb's,today i weigh 255lb's.i lost 27 pounds in 2 months,but now im stuck at the same weight and cant get pass 255.i go to the gym 5 days a week.i jog at least 3 miles,30 minutes on bike,50 sit-ups,light weight lifting,and eat very small portioned meals.also i drink nothing but water all day.at first it was droppin easily now i need help!!! do i need to increase my workout.my goal is 225 pounds
