Do you think this is a good plan to lose 30 pounds in a month?

I have to get ready for a wedding I'm going to and I want to lose 30 pounds.

I'm eating three times a day(which aren't like huge meals), cutting off all junk food, drinking only water and diet soda, and exercising an hour a day.

How much weight do you reckon I would lose and what other plans do you suggest?
