Can a girl lose 30 pounds in 10 days?

You all have your sources incorrect except one…. I was testing to see how honest people are. Just to let you know anything is possible and I did in fact lose 30 pounds in ten days and I ate 1500 calories a day

nothing small of amputation. thats a perilous amount to even try to lose in 10 days. and ima go ahead and wave the bullsht flag on you really doing it. pics or it didnt happen. the only way is with some weird diet drink that probably dehydrated you severely and you lost mostly water weight. which is extremely perilous as i previously mentioned

  2. Maria says:

Yes, through liposuction or life-threatening illness.

  3. John A says:

    no

  4. mel says:

    no, unhealthy

  5. Diane A says:

    no, not without surgery

  6. Jon B says:

absolutely just not safely or healthy

  7. Sara says:

Not if she wanted to do it healthily. She’d probably die before she starved herself that much. Ha.

  8. mfb.ortega says:

gahhh no, not in a healthy way anyways. i mean, i got salmonella and dropped 10 pounds in 6 days, but still. it was hell.

  9. pogiguy05 says:

not safely cause you would have to dehydrate yourself and that is not excellent for your internal organs and can hurt it.

  10. Lo! says:

    HA no

  11. palebeachbum says:

Not naturally. That’s unhealthy to lose that much in 10 days. You could do permanent hurt to your body.

  12. Kat says:

That would be impossible even if you didn’t eat anything at all and exercised like crazy. Even losing 10 pounds in 10 days is going to be hard.

  13. Bill says:

not a chance small of removing a 26 pound tumor. sorry. shoot for something realistic, like 2 pounds.

  14. mattch says:

Not in any healthy or sustainable way. Reckon longer term, reckon of your health!

  15. simmran1 says:

It’s not healthy to try to lose that much weight in just 10 days. It’s hard on your internal organs also. Invert the numbers and lose 10 lbs in 30 days, now that doable.

  16. Loka says:

no, unless you eat a stick of carrot a day! Then youll die.

  17. emiebaby says:

not even if you starved yourself completely. It might be possible to lose that much in 3-4 weeks though if you eat practically nothing

  18. cyn_texas says:

No. If you don’t eat sufficient protein, your body will ravage your muscles to obtain the protein. You don’t want to lose muscle weight if you want to lose body stout.

You will lose more body stout eating protein and stout (don’t eat protein alone, the more stout the better) than not eating at all. Try for 3 days to eat nothing but meat, eggs, some cheese, mayo, butter after that you can add in green vegetables.

  19. Athletic Trainer says:

This is absolutely not a realistic goal. A more realistic goal would be to lose 30 pounds in 2 or 3 months. This would take serious devotion to losing weight properly and then maintaining it once you have lost it.

  20. Becca says:

No, unless you get the stomach flu or something

  21. Shelly B says:

    STOP EATING “GARBAGE”…. CHIPS,SODA,CANDY,QUICK FOOD,CHEESE,BUTTER, MAYO…ETC; EAT HEALTHY.

  22. gretch says:

even if you had the stomach flu, starved yourself, or sweated out everyl last drop of water weight on your person…you could not reach this goal. the best way to lose weight quickly and healthily is through diet and exercise.

  23. heather says:

    i dont reckon so..

  24. Sophy says:

hum… lets see… 3500 kcal =1lb. 10 lbs =35,000 Kcal. 10 days of 2,000 kcal… hum… that’s gonna be 15,000 Kcal needed from exercise. So if u don’t eat anything for 10 days straight, and exercise like crazy, theoretically u can.

  25. U.S Air Force {Above All} says:

not possible naturaly… that would be like loseing 3 pounds each day….

  26. jamman says:

Maybe in 210 days if you reduced calories, performed cardio, and lifted weights. It is impossible to loose the kind of weight in such a small period of time. In my career as a bodybuilder, I once had a training partner who lost 25 lbs in 6 weeks, but this was because he had ulcerative colitis, and much of the weight lost was muscle.
