okay. i need to lose about 30-40 pounds. i dont like being stout. i dont like how i look and i dont like all of the health risks. but, i’m not only fighitng against the terrible eating habits, i’m also fighting genetics. but yeah. what is the best way to lose 30-40 pounds QUICK, like no more than 2 1/2 months??? please: no diet pills/advertisements.

ok first take your weight right now then multiply by 15. That is the calories your body needs to maintain, Now you want to cut this down a bit. I weigh 200, my maintaing calories is 3000. If I cut what I eat down to 1500 I will lose 3 pounds a week. losing weight is simple math my dear I lost 30 pounds from Jan.14 to march.5 less then 2 months. I also exercised 30 mins a day 5 days a week (elleptical trainer), weight training too. But remember weight loss is deficiting energy, which is cutting calories. Exercise for men can really bulk them up. First do the diet change then try exercise. Please remeber its all simple simple math do the calculations. Then the toughest part of all sticking to it. Its all will power my dear , but if my 6000 calorie a day reformed to 2000 calorie a day behind could change so can you. I give you this answer with my full support.
