I’m not huge on quick fixes, but I’d like to drop the 30 pounds I’ve gained over the past year by Christmas when I go see my family for the holidays. I’m 22, female, 5′7 and a half, and weigh 185. I’m a size 12, and want to get back down to my 6-8 size. Thank you! ![]()

start an exercise routine and stick with it. You should be getting a lot of exercise everyday. Ab work is very excellent and running too. Remember to run hard, you do not want to stop when you are out of breath, you want to stop when your leg muscles are too tired. For the ab work, i would advise leg lifts with a wide range of motion to work the entire stomach area. Also, arms are extremely vital. No one wants flabby arms, so do some light stuff to lose the stout. Sticking to the routine is the most vital part because if you miss one day or even one exercise, you will start to get bone idle about your routine.
