		<description>at the age of 13 you shouldn&#039;t worry about being over weight. but if your determined to lose weight try to set a lower goal 30lbs its dang near impossible and almost unhealthy. lose weight by not snacking and eating healthy walking will help. but your almost too young to worry about that. i was 200lbs in 5th grade now I&#039;m in high school and I&#039;m 190 but i grew into my body I have muscles all over a 6 pack. but i was a bowling ball in elementary  school. now high school im ripped as hell. but losing weight hard work and saying and doing is different walking is good like 1 or 2 miles would be good eat healthy no fast food subway is great no snacks like cookies drink water a lot it will fill you up and you won&#039;t be eating food a lot but you have to eat food at dinner breakfast and lunch of course don&#039;t try to lose it all at once. it will take awhile and by the way you&#039;ll notice when your drinking lots of water and eating less food you won&#039;t lose weight thats because water weight which is nothing you want to lose the body weight like fat which will be lost but you may weigh about the same but look completely different hope i didnt get too confusing at the end. never ask parent how you look cause they natural answer is you look perfect. but if they say you look to skinny or look really pale you should listen to them</description>
